(FinalCall.com) – Screenplay writer Sophia Stewart is adamant that she is the author of the screenplay for the blockbuster movie, The Matrix, and her body of work was stolen. She is suing Warner Brothers, Joel Silver, Andy and Larry Wachowski in Los Angeles’ United States District Court in a case that has been defined as one of the largest suits for damages in the history of the film industry.

The case will be heard July 2005 by a jury to decide if, in fact, the defendants committed copyright infringement and racketeering for allegedly stealing Ms. Stewart’s work and then creating The Matrix. It has been a five-year battle with Ms. Stewart, as a little David against the motion picture industry as the Goliath.

“I’ve won major decisions in the court. I got the FBI involved from the very beginning. The copyright infringement involves two of the biggest movie franchises in film history, The Terminator and The Matrix. They stole my work and I have the evidence to prove it,” Ms. Stewart told The Final Call.

“I was completely blown away when I saw my work on the screen and I knew I hadn’t sold it to anyone. I shopped it around from 1981 to 1985 to Fox and in 1986 to the Wachowski brothers. I have the letters to prove they had access to my work. Fox is lying in federal court when they say they never had access to my work because I have the signed registered returned receipts and a lot of letters of access from them,” she said.

She further explained, “I created an epic—which is a body of work that you can get six or more movies from. The Matrix is a derivative of The Terminator. The Matrix comes from the future part of the epic.”

The book is called “The Third Eye” and is an epic science fiction manuscript with copyrights dating back to 1981.

“After viewing Star Wars, I thought, no one has done a science fiction version of the Second Coming of Christ, the foretelling of his Second Coming,” she said.

While Ms. Stewart was shopping her manuscript around, she also sent it to the Wachowski brothers in response to an ad looking for a science fiction manuscript to create a comic book.

During the FBI investigation, it was discovered that, in an effort to avoid liability, 30 minutes or more was edited from the original Matrix film. Further witnesses employed at Warner Brothers came forward claiming that the executives and lawyers had full knowledge that the work in question did not belong to the Wachowski brothers as they claimed.

The witnesses also added that the original work of Ms. Stewart had been seen, and often used during preparation of the motion pictures. During a Sept. 27 court proceeding, United States District Judge Margaret Morrow ruled against several motions made by the defendants in their attempt to get the suits against them dismissed.

The investigation done by the FBI not only established Ms. Stewart as the writer of The Matrix, but also surprisingly The Terminator. If she wins the case with her mounting piles of evidence, Ms. Stewart will receive damages in what may be one of the biggest payoffs in the history of Hollywood. The Terminator and its sequels, along with The Matrix and its sequels, have gross receipts totaling over $2.5 billion.

“Some people can’t believe a Black woman wrote The Matrix or The Terminator. I didn’t write it with my skin; I wrote it with my brain,” says Ms. Stewart. “Since when did skin color have anything to do with intelligence, like rich and powerful has nothing to do with theft. The poor steal because they’re needy; the rich steal because they’re greedy.”

The Billion-Dollar Myth

The 'Matrix' movies portray a frightening alternate reality.
When a writer sued the movies' creators for stealing her
ideas, she inadvertently exposed another reality -- a racial
one -- that's no less troubling.

Sophia Stewart didn't attend her June 13 hearing at the U.S.
federal court building in downtown Los Angeles. She saw the
proceeding as a minor hurdle on the way to an anticipated
July 12 trial in her copyright infringement suit against
directors Andy and Larry Wachowski, James Cameron and other
defendants -- a trial she imagined would be "one of the
largest suits for damages in the history of the film

Her lawsuit claimed that the lucrative "Matrix" and
"Terminator" film franchises were based on her ideas. Last
month's request by the defendants to dismiss the case was an
act of desperation, Stewart believed, because her proof of
theft was indisputable. Stewart had attracted many
supporters (mostly African American, who agreed that
Hollywood had ripped her off) and detractors who question
both the validity of her claims and her sanity ever since
she began trying to rally support for her case in 2003. She
claimed that she would have "big surprises" for the judge
and jury, as well as for all of the naysayers, when her case
finally went to trial.

Unfortunately, Judge Margaret Morrow wasn't interested in
surprises. In her 53-page ruling, Morrow dismissed Stewart's
case, noting that Stewart and her attorneys had not entered
any evidence to bolster the key claims in her suit or
demonstrated any striking similarity between her work and
the accused directors' films. Stewart says she is hiring
additional attorneys and is asking the court to reconsider
that decision, but earlier this summer, in a nearly empty
courtroom 790 of the Roybal Federal Building, Stewart's case
apparently ended with a whimper.

But as in the "Matrix" movies, there's an alternate reality
to this story that says a lot about the continuing racial
divide between a mistrusting black America and the
mainstream media. Stewart's courtroom defeat stands in
bizarre contrast to what many of her fellow African
Americans hold true, or want to believe happened as a result
of her lawsuit.

In that alternate reality -- created by Internet chain
letters, radio stations and reputable community newspapers,
and still flourishing on the World Wide Web -- people
sincerely believe that Stewart won her lawsuit last fall,
and that she now is the wealthiest African American in the
country, thanks to a record multibillion-dollar award. Her
supposed settlement has been hailed as a legendary
achievement in copyright infringement law, and a major
moment in African American history. People also think that
word of her victory has been suppressed as the result of one
of the most sophisticated media conspiracies in history --
even though none of that is true.

The Wachowski brothers' professional resume was limited
prior to "the Matrix"; they had written the screenplay for
the lackluster 1995 Sylvester Stallone action film
"Assassins," and in 1996 had made their directing debut with
the low-budget noir crime flick "Bound." To hear Stewart
tell it, that lack of experience suggests fraud.

"I'm the kind of master writer that comes once upon this
Earth," Stewart says by phone from her Las Vegas home a week
before the June 13 court hearing. "You don't go from [doing]
a mediocre movie to a work of genius like 'The Matrix.' "

The Bronx, N.Y., native makes her living doing paralegal
work and tax preparation. She is divorced and has two adult
children, though she won't reveal her age, explaining that
she doesn't believe in pagan rituals and refuses to
celebrate holidays or birthdays. "It's all lies and
illusions," she says. "We're timeless and ageless." She adds
that her spiritual attitude forms the basis for the wise
Oracle character in the "Matrix" films: "The Oracle is me. I
wrote myself into my work."

In 1983, she says, she completed a science fiction tale
titled "The Third Eye," which she copyrighted the following
year. Stewart says the as-yet unpublished work -- submitted
as part of the fact-finding phase of her case -- totals 120
pages, including a screen treatment, a 47-page version of
the manuscript and a 29-page "original manuscript" with
additional pages containing a synopsis, character analyses,
illustrations and a table of contents. In 1986, she says,
she saw an advertisement posted in a national magazine by
the Wachowski brothers soliciting science fiction
manuscripts to make into comic books and she sent them all
of her materials for "The Third Eye," including a copy of
her original manuscript. "My dream was to have my work seen
as a movie and a comic book," she says.

Stewart says she never heard from the Wachowskis, and never
had her materials returned. Morrow's ruling notes, however,
that Stewart did not produce the ad as evidence. In denying
that they ever placed such an ad, the Wachowskis said that,
in 1986, Andy was just 18 and brother Larry was a
21-year-old college student.

Flash forward to the March 1999 theatrical release of "The
Matrix." Stewart, then living in Salt Lake City, went with a
friend to see the film. "I said to myself, 'I wrote this,' "
she recalls, saying she recognized themes and characters
from "The Third Eye" in the film. In June 1999, she says,
she filed a written complaint with the FBI, charging that a
copyright crime had taken place. In April 2003, acting as
her own attorney, Stewart filed a lawsuit against a host of
defendants, including the Wachowskis, "Terminator" director
James Cameron, producers Gale Anne Hurd and Joel Silver,
20th Century Fox and Warner Bros., accusing them of
copyright infringement and of violating Racketeer Influenced
and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) laws, which were created in
1970 to combat organized criminal entities.

Not long after that, her story began to take a strange turn.
Stewart produced and circulated a news release, trying to
rally support for her copyright case by recounting her
claims and request for damages. The mainstream media
response was tepid, at best. However, one newspaper did find
her story quite interesting.

On Oct. 28, the Salt Lake Community College's Globe ran an
article on its website with the audacious headline " 'Mother
of the Matrix' Victorious." Written by a second-year
communications student, the article was among the first on
the Web to reveal aspects of Stewart's story. Unfortunately,
it also was rife with errors, stating among other things
that Stewart had won her case (she hadn't) and that she was
about to receive one of the biggest payoffs in Hollywood
history (she wasn't). The story also questioned why the case
had received no media coverage, and quoted Stewart's claim
on a website that Warner Bros. had been suppressing coverage
of her case for years because AOL Time Warner "owns 95
percent of the media ... They are not going to report on
themselves." Among the publications and businesses she
claimed the company owned: the New York Times, the Los
Angeles Times, Newsweek magazine and DreamWorks. In fact,
AOL Time Warner doesn't own any of them.

It didn't take long for some mistakes to get the attention
of Quentin Wells, the manager of the SLCC Student Media
Center, which produces the Globe. "My son, who is a
copyright attorney, read the article and said, 'This can't
be right,' " Wells says. After approaching Stewart and
checking the information in the piece, Wells discovered that
Stewart's supposed "victory" was nothing more than a
successful defense against an early motion to have her case
dismissed. "It was an error [by] the writer," says Wells.
"She had misinterpreted what Stewart had said."

Within a week, the Globe added a correction, but at the end
of the Web version of the story. Yet a few weeks later,
Wells noticed that the Globe website's server traffic had
exploded from 14,500 hits a month to more than 640,000. "I
contacted our [Internet] provider and told him that his
counter must be broken."

It wasn't, and almost all of the new traffic was linking to
the Sophia Stewart story. Also, in the brief time that the
Globe story was uncorrected on the website, it had been
copied and circulated around the Internet through mailing
lists. Several Internet blogs then had linked to the story,
bringing a steady stream of visitors to the site. The mythos
of Stewart's victory continued to grow despite the

The Globe ran a follow-up story this January, which
continued to stoke conspiracy beliefs by stating as fact
Stewart's assertion that "Warner Bros. and the other
defendants in the case have also sought, with almost
complete success, to prevent any publicity regarding the
suit from appearing in any national or even local media. The
result has been an almost total news blackout about the

Soon, both Globe articles were reappearing almost verbatim
on news websites such as Manhunt.com and continuing to make
the rounds on mailing lists, sometimes with new bylines.
Unlike the original stories, these reprints never included
the correction stating that Stewart hadn't won her case.
Radio hosts and callers on radio stations such as Hot 97 in
New York City and KPFA's Hard Knock Radio in Berkeley also
were discussing the Stewart case. The story began to appear
in African American community newspapers such as the
Westside Gazette in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and the Columbus
Times in Georgia. Most of those articles echoed the bad
information in the original Globe piece. By April, a vast
number of African Americans had read or heard some erroneous
version of the Sophia Stewart story.

Such mistakes have long proliferated in American ethnic
communities, but the Internet has added to their speed and
potency. When the athletic footwear rage of the 1980s led to
violence and deaths among urban kids, rumors surfaced in the
African American community that one major manufacturer was
owned by South Africans, and its profits were being used to
support apartheid. After a particular brand of Mexican beer
got a foothold in the U.S. market in the 1980s, rumors that
Mexican workers were urinating in it were rampant in the
western U.S. In her 1994 book "I Heard It Through the
Grapevine: Rumor in African-American Culture," UC Davis
professor Patricia Turner explains that the symbolic quality
of some stories often is more important to certain groups
than whether those stories are true. Stewart's story seemed
particularly credible because she is a real person who filed
a real case. "Sophia Stewart is David against Goliath," says
Turner, and she represents African Americans who have been
victimized by corporations.

Still, the tide is slowly turning. Essence, a
million-subscriber magazine aimed at an African American
audience, had never published a story on Sophia Stewart. But
in its May issue it asked readers to hold off on repeating
claims of Stewart's victory, and it pointed out that the
case was not scheduled for trial until July. Some Internet
chatter in recent months has become less sympathetic toward
Stewart and her claims, with one fellow writer claiming "my
loony detector alarms started going off" as he read more
about her case.

That hasn't stopped columnists at many African American
newspapers and news sites from continuing to speculate.
Manhunt.com content manager Tamara Harris said the erroneous
version of Stewart's story is appealing because it
"vindicates all of the black artists going through this."

Not everyone believed the rumors. "The first time I saw it,
I dismissed it," says Nnedi Okorafor-Mbachu, a technology
columnist at the Star, a 60,000-circulation daily that
serves Chicago's largely black southern suburbs. "But then,
even though it sounded unbelievable to me at first, I didn't
want to completely discount it until I saw evidence that it
wasn't true."

Despite the wealth of misinformation circulating on the
Internet, finding out the status of the case is as easy as
making a telephone call. Stewart makes herself available to
answer media questions, and a website called
http://www.Daghettotymz.com lists her contact information
and offers downloadable files of court documents. The site
is the first hit when Stewart's name is Googled.

Yet Bobby Henry Sr., publisher of the Westside Gazette in
Florida, remained confused recently when told about the
case's status. "She didn't win?" Henry asked. "I'm shocked,
because her having already won is all out there. It was even
on the Tom Joyner [radio] show that she won."
Representatives of the nationally syndicated Joyner program
say they haven't written about Stewart on the show's site,
and couldn't pinpoint when or if Stewart was mentioned on
the air.

Dr. Todd Boyd, professor of critical studies at USC's School
of Cinema-Television, says the Stewart case speaks to
African Americans' deep distrust of the media. "A lot of
people, regardless of race, continue to have very
unsophisticated views of the media," said Boyd. "And many
African Americans in particular are still very distrustful
of the media." That distrust comes from a history of being
either negatively portrayed or completely ignored by the

Bruce Isaacs of Wyman & Isaacs, the attorney representing
the defendants in the Stewart case, says a media conspiracy
is not the reason the case has seen little coverage. "The
question shouldn't be why hasn't the media covered this
case, it should be why would the media cover this case?"
says Isaacs. "It's a run-of-the-mill copyright case, and I
think the judge clearly addressed the case's merits in her

As for Stewart, she still believes that AOL Time Warner is
suppressing her struggle -- "Why am I not on 'Larry King
Live' or 'Oprah'? " she wonders -- and remains determined to
make the rumor into a reality. After the judge dismissed the
case, Stewart was upbeat. If Morrow won't reconsider her
decision, Stewart says she will appeal the judge's decision
to the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and to the Supreme
Court, if necessary. "And they'll rule in my favor," says
Stewart. "So tell everybody that it's not over until the fat
lady sings, and she hasn't sung yet."

  1. Another good point of sharing this information with you is so that we can examine the importance of “myth” in modern times.

    As my good friend “liminality” pointed out to me recently, “all reality has it’s myths that were beaten into the first 4 or 5 genertations…until it was accepted as part of “reality”.

    Myths provide soft margins with steep cliffs for their audience.

    “Elvis is the King of Rock N Roll”, actually said/says to a segment of society that,what was once regarded as “race music” is now safely conquered by one of us. Sorry gang, millions of Elvis fans CAN/WERE/ARE WRONG.

    Besides, why does James Brown get locked out of the “rock n’ roll” house?

    I’m glad I have the facts concerning Ms. Stewart and her case.
    There is nothing worse than investing time/energy into an invalid mythology. I hope she can prove her case for “David and Goliaths” sake.

    Ital- Ms Stewart:

    Sophia- Yes…

    Ital- Are you aware that the Pope this morning, (3.6.2005) the beast 666, is giving a silent blessing from his window this morning?

    Sophia- no I had no idea about it, I can believe it if that’s what you say.

    Ital- The defendants in the case argue that your claims do not meet RICO qualifications when you say the conspiracy started in 1999, they try to belittle you by pointing out that The Terminator was released in 1984 and Terminator 2 (The Judgment) 1991 respectively.

    Sophia – That doesn’t make any difference because whatever they say they’re lying and they’ve never denied that I was not the writer of The Matrix or The Terminator, and in fact the court system they have no defense for The Matrix and the only thing they saying about The Terminator they took it from me 19 – 20 some odd years ago and the statute of limitations have run out, and the judge pointed out to them to admit that it was willful intent and willful intent didn�t have any defense.

    So, they are not denying my claim they are just trying to prove they wrote it, which they cannot because I have a body of work and that’s why I have the deeds which are the copyrights, two federal copyrights 81/83/84 which supercedes anything they have ever done and my body of work entails graphic illustrations, special effects, character analysis, the original draft the edited version of the draft, the synopsis, the screen treatment which is like a script, the ship and makings of The Third Eye which became the makings of The Matrix.

    Ital- We have seen the documentation so we know what you say is true. As soon as you finished the final part of The Third Eye believe it was October 1, 1983 you took it to Warner Brothers November 23rd 1983.

    Sophia- It was in the winter of 1983 that I gave them the rest of the work, in 1981 they had the screen treatment, which is like a script it shows you exactly how the movie is supposed to be portrayed upon the screen. I didn’t finish the whole epic until the winter of 1983 and I called over to Fox looking for Susan Merzbach she had moved over to Paramount she told me send it to David Madden’s office via Donald — at Fox and that’s what I did and didn’t know it at the time but while they were giving me the runaround about getting agents who are signatory with the writer’s guild they were in essence creating The Terminator.

    Ital- [Note] see the number 10 appear here from 1981 to 1991 is 10 years. The point of starting over- we see a little bit of George Orwell with the 1984 release of The Terminator, the total control and big brother bit.

    You submitted The Third Eye to Warner Brothers November 23, 1983 for a comic book; nine months after that you registered for copyrights February 2, 1983; if I’m correct 16 years past before the battle started June 10, 1999 law suit-

    As soon as you finished the final part of The Third Eye, October 1, 1983 you took it to Warner Brothers November 23, 1983 around 53 days later, i.e. After you reached the conclusion of the epic, do we see any urgency here?

    Sophia- There was no urgency, its just; I was shopping my work and they were interested in buying it. I was shopping for buyers actually looking for Lucas. I understood He worked at 20th Century Fox that�s when I saw Star Wars because my work is the opposite of his work.

    That’s right my franchise it’s the opposite of what Lucas had written – glorified Darth Vader (Satan fallen from the light to the dark side) and my work was the second coming of Christ or Christ consciousness, which is the consciousness of truth.

    Ital- In as few words as possible what have you learned from your experience dealing with the illuminati (Chess movers of the movie industry etc.)?

    Sophia- What I’ve always known about them that’s why I took out the federal copyrights; they have always stolen, its common but the masses are so asleep, what they don’t realize Hollywood is nothing but an illusionist, its illusion makers it is their job to sell people illusions and dreams and lies, that’s what Hollywood is; so me studying at the USC film school earning a degree in journalism I already knew how these people work so that’s why I protected myself and I got the federal copyrights…

    Ital- You were trained in the Arts of Law and have a working knowledge of Hollywood, this is how and why you were so effective in bringing a lawsuit against such a Paramount group is this correct?

    Sophia- That’s right, that’s correct not only was I trained in that area I am a paralegal a lot of people don’t know that and I hold double minor in law and psychology. Let me give you some background information: I studied under masters; very famous prolific writers who are famous in their own field and very successful; Matt Siegle, former famous journalist used to be with New York Times, Amil Pukya renown author, writer, Paul Cherry Big Apple playright, Leon Roth, whose son is Eric Roth that wrote Forest Gump he was one of my teachers over at USC film school. I took the New York regents when I was in junior high school, went into college scored a 98 on the IRS exam to work for them so I could work for them anytime I wanted to. I was doing taxes since I was 12 years old and I was doing payroll for a construction company when I was a teenager so I’m very prolific and well versed in numbers, very knowledgeable about working because I am a seer, gifted like Nastrodamus, Edgar Cayce… Ital- We are aware of that… Sophia- Leonardo Da Vinci.

    Ital- A personal question; not getting off the subject we’ll get back to that: What will you do with the money you get from your settlement?

    Sophia- When I win… I’ve already won actually its just gonna materialize very very soon upon the earth which a lot of people don�t see that these things are meant to be is already done; they will be consciously aware of it when it happens. When I get the money I am going to first thing give unto God what is his, I will tithe with God first. Then I will open up a foundation that will help the poor and the children cause that was the reason why I created the work in the first place was to inspire the black children to become greater, to become greater than myself because I was so sick of the negative roles they suggested in all the movies and here Octavia Butler, one of the greatest science fiction minds of a black woman and there has never ever been any movies with this lady’s work. They do not want to glorify black people intelligence, they want to degrade black people and if the black population would wake up they would look at all these stupid movies and stupid sitcoms they put on TV to degrade black people.

    Ital- You are aware that you are the core, the essence of the spiritual evolution the revolution of our people upon orb-ship earth. The true light that all might seecome in time…

    Sophia- Well I knew that from the beginning you know how you hear some people are chosen for something to do; oh I knew from the beginning god put a hand on me and raised me up for this purpose and I knew I was doing his work. I wanted to tell you this:- your introduction is more true than you can imagine, its more real than anyone else…

    Ital- I’m going to sound like you now; (chuckle) “I am aware of that:”

    Sophia- Yea it’s end time prophecy those numbers have everything to do with me and my purpose and why I created what I created because you’re bringing in change, progress and the way of life of Hollywood is on its way out it has to go out because its built on greed and ignorance.

    Ital- This is the epitome of what they call the Apocalypse the revealing or uncovering here on orb earth, it seems to me that the women, the black women who are in the cultural movement always talking about the goddess principle and energy should jump on the band wagon what I call plug in to the force which is the one, they will not because thy have the wrong intent and are jealous etc. many will miss the boat.

    Sophia- Well its meant for some of them to miss the boat cause the bible says he who have eyes to see the truth and some have ears to hear it and those who do not see and hear it are spiritually asleep anyway and it doesn’t matter their names are not written in the book of life anyway so whatever their destiny is that’s their destiny. So like Kanye West said, we are not here to convert atheists to believers you can take a horse to water but you cant make him drink all this is going to occur and you can’t stop it from occurring cause its meant to be.

    Ital- did you envision black people as your characters

    Sophia- This was black characters, if you would go through the archives Los Angeles Sentinel and I will send you a copy of the paper but it can be documented they wrote about me in June of 1981. There is a story in the los Angeles Sentinel talking about a black science fiction the first of its kind ever done before with black super heroes dedicated to my friend Muhammad Ali to eradicate the negative roles currently projected by all those black exploitation movies.     Sophia- The Matrix in the bible means the womb when you say The Third Eye it’s the eye of god the eye of Horus and when you look into The Terminator it’s the end time revelation the end, that’s right; and The Matrix is the womb hidden in the womb and you come out of the womb into consciousness, truth cause I wrote the evolution of consciousness and you evolve three different ways you evolve by what they would say walking upon earth, is one level of consciousness under the earth is the second level of consciousness, and when Neo flies that is the third level of consciousness.

    Ital- Neburu [Planet X]
    Space star, is what you named your ship in Third Eye.
    Nebukadnezar is what name Warner Brothers named the ship in matrix so the end of Nebukadnezar(zar) sounds like star in your ship space star. I see the play on the words there how they turned every thing around you did etc.

    Sophia- Yeah well Nebukadnezar is in Daniel the book of Daniel is revelations is Daniel also it’s the last book of revelation but the book of Daniel it also speak of end times now when they were looking at my work they were getting certain references and the only thing they could figure out well lets deal with the book of Daniel that sort of revelations cause they can understand that a little bit more than the last book which is of revelation they can’t understand most of the symbolism those symbolism is so much deeper than the book of Daniel where revelations spoken about in the bible so they understand a little bit but they didn’t understand enough.

    Ital- Speaking of star ship do you know about Neburu {Planet x}


    Sophia- No but I understand, like I told you sacred geometry and numerology I’m well versed in those areas…

    Ital- Well NASA is aware of this ship or planet, which makes an elliptical orbit around our solar system every so many thousand of years, it is now on its way to us as it gets closer it affects our sun, causing sun spots, flares etc. which causes climatic changes upon orb-ship earth-this is what caused the Tsunami’s.

    Sophia- Yes because see its always been male prophets and there is a female prophet and the femininity and the wisdom of god when its being spoken the mother is the nurturer the womb where everyone comes out of the enclosure into the open which is revelations or revealing truth its actually hidden until the open.

    Ital- So you don’t have any fear of the Illuminati the powers that be etc.

    Sophia- No they know who I am they have my phone tapped they been knowing who I was for a long long time the illuminati, the masons, all of these the powers that be secret societies they know who I am and they know what this is all about.

    Ital- They know that they can’t touch that

    Sophia- They cannot touch it because god’s laws supercede all other laws, alchemists or any other thing upon the earth it supercedes and what happened was is why they cannot win in the court system is because I invoke the law of god upon them. I try to tell a lot of people what it means but they have no idea that god is a physical law just like you see calculus, just like you see quantum physics, god is a physical law to invoke that law and I invoke that law they entered god into the court system and god once he’s entered into the court system he will not be moved, he will not be moved out of that space.

    Ital- Reality of that law is what they mimic

    Sophia- That’s right he occupying that space and no matter what they do they will lose. They will lose because he will not be moved so if they stay in the court system they have lost totally.

July 2005 is definitely the month and the year

    Ital- So that’s when it will be determined that the case will be settled

    Sophia- The settlement, right now they have the choice to settle once they go into the court system’s and as RICO stands they are going to jail they are gonna lose and everybody in the world is gonna see that they are nothing but liars they have no source work and that the work is original and to admit that there is no source work nothing to base it on they’re in trouble cause they have no deeds which is no copyrights to the work no ownership they cannot prove ownership and they cannot prove where they got it from. Reading a book and dreaming about it is not gonna get it

    Ital- So are you getting enough rest, are you taking care of your self, I know your work is great.

    Sophia- Yes I am fine, very much. Everything that is going on is meant to be and everything that I have to do cause I am still continuing in the work a lot of people don’t know but the saga continues with ‘Soul-less’ human but not a human born without a soul it takes the work to the next level of revelation the threshold of the planet where they were creating the artificial intelligence the androids and how the android came to be born through cloning, artificial insemination and so forth.

    Ital- The group I was speaking of The Anunnaki, The Ancient Black Gods who from heaven to earth came in the beginning, they are the ones in Bible when it is written Let ‘US’ make man in our own Image you can read about it in the Lost Book of Enki, story of the genetically engineered humans who are now rebelling against God ‘US’

    Ital- Speaking of genes, last night while doing a Google search on your Name (Sophia Stewart) I found it quite ironic that there were 635 entries displayed concerning you and The Matrix, i.e. your lawsuit against Warner Brothers; if one would rearrange the number 635 – 365 would appear as days in our calendar year.

    Now “check this out” the result pages as they go from left to right goes to 64 this corresponds to the ancient Maya culture the Tzolken the 64-unit matrix or genetic sounding board which is also a calendar of sorts,

    Sophia- Yeah because all synchronicities, the chips are falling in place and they are falling into place behind me because this is meant to be and they know it. They never bothered me they never once harassed me or anything like that I haven’t had any struggle or any problem this is something that is meant to be it will be a smooth transition cause that�s what god is about he’s not about confusion he’s not about struggle and scuffling and things he’s about smooth sailing and opening those doors where has to happen. Everything is falling into place

    Sophia- There’s a reason for it because those pictures are the pictures of the eighties and the reason they are pictures from the eighties is because it is when the work was done and there is a reason for the symbolism so therefore that’s why whatever you see is meant to be and god has a purpose for it being revealed and things are opening and happening

    Sophia- Yes I would like to tell people that what is going on is Hollywood is having a great shift and its not only occurring upon the world and the earth but in Hollywood itself and the music industry their whole method has been based on greed and is an oppression that has injured consciousness and its just built off making money excuse my language tits and ass degrading names to people putting out degrading messages to the masses my god its enough, make your money some other kind of way, cause you’re going out of business cause once digital come into place in 2010 and the whole way of life is going out and they are going to have to find another way of making a living the satellites are gong to rule the earth just like the internet it will not be dominated by anyone; free enterprise and trade will come upon the earth again and everybody can make money like they’ve done always.

    When you got a monopoly its greed only the people who control the monopoly is the ones who can make money that’s right so Hollywood and the music industry is nothing but monopoly and they been monopolized and crushing and hurting and stealing ruthlessly and been allowed freedom upon the earth but now as you see that their counterparts are being put into jail Martha Stewart, the Enron criminals and all the other white collar criminal crimes are going to be brought to justice cause its called divine justice their money and power will not protect them from truth. So their greed and arrogance and ignorance is over and done. The new consciousness and truth of understanding and wisdom upon the earth and that’s gonna dominate

    Sophia- Oh its coming even sooner than you can even imagine they gonna be brought to justice and everything: we have to wait until it materializes cause its already happened that’s what I keep telling people but now people just have to wait for it to materialize the consciousness of everybody see cause right now the consciousness is being awakened and spreading fast and those who are in power admit to put them away is all wakening up cause god has a process and no one understand the mind of god but all we have to do is wait diligently for everything to occur cause its just like this a giant tsunami comes in and wipes everything away all the trash everything they have accumulated on the earth will be washed away.

    Ital- Are you aware of the now polar ice shift; speaking of tsunami’s?
